Familiarize Yourself With Our Workout Plan

The workout process at Body Crafting Inc is broken up into eight steps:
  1. Time - Workouts typically last for one hour and are scheduled by appointment. If a workout takes longer, it takes longer. If you're in a rush, just let us know and we'll give you a quick express workout!
  2. Warm Up - We recommend 10 to 15 minutes of cardio on our machines before starting your workout.
  3. Stretching - We'll stretch both before and after your workout.
  4. Biodynamic Testing - Our Biodynamic machine gives us the exact makeup of your body. Specifically, we'll learn about your joint and ligament stabilization, hydration levels, neurological keel, lean body weight, body fat percentage, and an estimate of weight to be lost.
  5. Goals - At Body Crafting Inc, your goals are our goals. For women, we want to break down your hips, butt, back of the arms, a little pouch, and anything else specific that you have in mind. For men, we want to stabilize muscle tissue and decrease your excess fat.
  6. Diet - After reviewing your statistics, we'll set you up on a diet that's specifically designed for your body. You'll receive details on the exact amount of protein, carbs, and fat that each meal should contain.
  7. Weight Loss - Many people strictly associate scale weight with fat weight. However, relatively small fluctuations in scale weight are typically due to simple water weight variances. Weight loss results may vary, but we typically target a loss of one pound of fat per week and guide you on keeping it off.
  8. Reassessment - Reevaluations take place every five weeks on our Biodynamic machine. You'll look and feel better, but may want to know exactly how your body has improved. We'll give you all the details on your progress, answer any questions, and help you set new goals.
